The project was developed with Lively Bird’s 3rd grade students, the Peacocks. In this blog we present their conclusions on reusing recyclable materials, leading to a decrease in pollutants. This project allies the areas of Sciences, Conservation, Ecology and Technology.

During class (at the Computer lab, with the iPads or in the classroom, with the computer), guided by the teacher, the students will research ways of reusing recyclable materials and give examples of how we can use products made of those new items in our daily lives, reducing, in that way, discarded pollutants. Throughout the project, the conclusions were documented, by the students and teachers, in small paragraphs written by themselves, with pictures of their examples.
